Opal Publicidade SA (hereinafter referred to as “Entity”, “Opal”, “we”, “us”), legal entity no. 500 207 569, headquartered at Avenida da Boavista nº 3523, 1st floor, 4100-139 Porto, is also responsible for the website https://www.opal.pt/. By accessing the company’s website, you agree to the use Opal may make of the personal information you submit or that is collected under and in accordance with this privacy policy. By providing any personal information to https://www.opal.pt/, you clearly and unequivocally consent to the collection and processing of such information as well as its potential transfer to other partners, in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy and current regulations. We only collect the information strictly necessary for processing your request. In each situation you will be informed if the requested data is mandatory or optional.
